What if mankind were created with pouches as part of our anatomy. As we went through the day these pouches either increased or decreased in weight depending on the people we met and the circumstances that came our way. If this were so would you be someone who added a load to your fellow man, or would you be someone who helped to ease the burden?
Back Packs ( for everyone ), Bricks ( Approx 18 ), crate, table ( everyone one in this skit will either put bricks in the back pack of Clark or take bricks out). This will be identified in the script as follows: BI = Put brick in back pack. BO = take brick out of back pack.
Narration: What if mankind were created with pouches as part of our anatomy. As we went through the day these pouches either increased or decreased in weight depending on the people we met and the circumstances that came our way. If this were so would you be someone who added a load to your fellow man, or would you be someone who helped to ease the burden?

Spouse: Well, there you have it. We have a drug addict for a daughter. Maybe at church Sunday you can ask Pastor to pray for her. While you're at it have him pray for us too. Our marriage isnt exactly blissful (BI). I wont be going (BI). Ive got some things to take care of.
( church is ending)
Pastor: ( ending sermon ) God bless you as you go.
( As Clark gets up to leave. Congregant #1 approaches)
Cong#1: Come here brother, you look like you can use a hug (BO)
(Clark smiles and heads out. Congregant #2 approaches )
Cong #2: Brother, it was good seeing you (BO). Your lookin' kinda down? Is your walk with the Lord strong? (BI) Maybe you need to be more faithful (BI). Perhaps you're allowing sin to take hold of you? (BI). (Clark exits.) Keep your eyes on the Lord! Ill be praying for you!
(Home. Clark finds note and begins to read. Spouse appears over shoulder as Clark reads. Spouse will read note.)
Spouse: Dear Clark, I am sorry I have to break this to you this way, but we have not been communicating (BI). For the past year I have been miserable (BI).
